Overview
This Eggbutt Snaffle Bit is stainless steel with a 5" thin, jointed mouthpiece. It features a solid jointed mouth which applies pressure to the lips, tongue and bars with a "nutcracker" action. The thin mouthpiece may work for a horse with a large tongue or with a low palate because it does allow more room in the mouth. It is also preferable when using a double bridle. Thin mouthpieces are a strong bit that cause pressure on the tongue and bars which gives the rider a good amount of control.
