Overview
The Kelly Silver Star - Argentine Snaffle Bit is stainless steel and has a 5" mouthpiece that measures 5/16" in diameter. This Argentine Snaffle Bit features a bradoon mouthpiece which is thinner in diameter than most standard mouthpieces but works the same way. The smaller but smooth mouthpiece adds control at the corner of the mouth and on the bars.
This is a low leverage bit with 6" cheeks but the mouthpiece makes up the difference in control. This bit works well when good but not extreme control is needed. This Argentine Snaffle Bit is excellent for training young horses for performance and pleasure riding.
