Exchanging or returning merchandise purchased online
If you're not completely satisfied with your bluegrasshorsesupply.com purchase, send it back to us. We'll be happy to make an exchange or issue you a refund for the original product price paid (excludes shipping) when the item is returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. Return shipping will be at the expense of the returner.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of purchase.

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

1. The return product must be unused and clean.
2. The return product must be in it's original packaging and include any wrappers or tags.
3. All returns need to be pre-approved.
   Pre-approved returns will be given a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
   To request an RA# please call or email us.
4. For expedited service please include a copy of your original receipt.

Bluegrass Horse Supply isn't responsible for unapproved returns. The shipping for unapproved returns are the sole responsibility of the customer TO and FROM Bluegrass Horse Supply.

Damaged merchandise
BluegrassHorseSupply.com carefully inspects each product before shipping. Upon arrival you will be responsible for inspection of the package prior to signing. Do not sign for any damaged items or packages.

If a product breaks or becomes defective after use then it will be the buyers responsibility to contact the manufacturer for repairs or a replacement.

Gift Returns
If you received a product from BluegrassHorseSupply.com as a gift, we will offer exchanges or online credit for the value of the gift.
