Precisely put together with heavy duty stitching, it is sure to last. This breast collar features custom, hand painted lettering with barbwire stamping on both the top and lower half of the chest straps for a unique, personalized look. This breast collar also has a convenient tie down dee and center ring with fleece lined leather backer.
